Assistant/Associate Director, Payroll and Compensation

Albion College invites applications for the Assistant/Associate Director, Payroll and Compensation position. We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that supports equity, diversity, and belonging. The Assistant Director is the lead payroll officer for the College and provides consultative and analytical support with department reorganizations, job reclassifications, pay-related decisions for hires, promotions, market adjustments and internal equity. This position collaborates with staff, managers and leaders acting as a strategic partner to departments. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
