About the Program
The Emerging Investor Program (EIP) is an internship program dedicated to recruit, train and develop a strong cohort of young investment professionals that would grow with Hillhouse in the long term. EIP recruits high-caliber students from undergraduate and postgraduate programs from top universities around the globe and offers them a three-month full-time internship during their final school year. Qualified interns will be an integral part of our investment team, working closely alongside our seasoned investment professionals. Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our investment team. Top-performing interns will receive a full-time return offer to continue this exciting journey.
Timeline:

Summer intern: June 2022 - August 2022
Full-time internship, at least 4 days/week
What You will Experience

Requirements
Undergraduate or postgraduate students from top universities globally in their last year of school
Strong passion for investing and research, with a good command of financial analysis and solid investment knowledge
Prior internship in leading public investment institutions, private equity funds, sell-side equity research firms, investment banks, consulting firms, etc.
Independent and analytical thinking, and a strong team player actively contributing in a group setting
