Health Services Data Analyst
Summary:
This position provides the medical group with database development and technical support, reporting and analysis that enables data driven decision making. Maintains the integrity of extensive spreadsheets, links data from different sources and databases to include functionality of formulas, queries, importing and exporting of data to other programs, and monitors internal and external data needs on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with large volumes of data
- Extensive experience running and designing complex reports using Access, SQL, Crystal, and Cognos preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with and analyzing large volume of data in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to excellence
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
