Compliance Officer

The ideal candidate is a Compliance Officer with five or more years of experience which will support the growth of our insurance businesses including our farm mutual, P&C insurance companies, life insurance company and our MGA. 

This individual thrives working in a collaborative environment and is self-directed with the ability to benchmark the current state of Germania’s compliance program and cultivate the program to ensure consistent and continued compliance across all the Germania entities.

Experience in driving compliance and operational controls applicable to anti-money laundering, OFAC, privacy, conflicts of interest, code of conduct, anti-trust, trademark usage, records management, in addition to other various compliance areas.

In addition, this individual will need to translate that knowledge across the Germania companies. Significant experience with initiating, developing, implementing, and maintaining written policies and written procedures, testing and risk assessment programs. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance laws and regulations, risk management controls, internal control process as well as experience assisting with internal and external audits.
