Permanens Capital L.P. (Permanens Capital Partners or “Permanens”)
Permanens Capital (“PermCap”) is a multi-family office and institutional asset manager, managing approximately $4.2 billion on behalf of endowments, foundations, non-profits, and high-net-worth families. PermCap invests across the entire asset class spectrum, spanning equity, fixed income, and alternative investments, in vehicles ranging from ETFs/Mutual Funds, Limited Partnerships (LPs), custom separate accounts, and public and private co-investments. The firm was founded in 2011 by Principal / CIO John Regan, following 20 years on the buy-side, as well as serving as Senior Investment Officer of the Cornell University Endowment.
Investor Relations Analyst
Permanens Capital Partners is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join their team. The candidate will work with the Investor Relations Associate and will be exposed to the Investment and Operations teams as well as client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Internal portfolio performance reporting
- Field client requests, act as a liaison between clients and investments team
- Coordinate with clients and operations teams regarding client documentation needs
- Assist with CRM implementation
- Ad hoc reporting and investment team requests
- Support of monthly/quarterly client reporting (i.e., preparation of decks, review performance commentary)
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent work ethic and high-level of critical thinking is paramount
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, desk environment
- Practices the utmost confidentiality
- Bloomberg terminal experience is preferred but not required
- Must be ready to work full time by February 2022
