Clinical Research Coordinator - bilingual Spanish

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) - Bilingual Spanish for a fast-paced research unit focusing on the study of mental healthcare disparities. The individual hired will have a key role in the recruitment, screening, and interview process for clinical trials focused on mental health and prevention of disability, including with older adults. Tasks include screening participants and administering informed consent as well as in person/in home physical health assessments for eligibility. CRC will take part in conducting structured interviews, assignment and tracking of research interviews and intervention sessions, data quality control, and fidelity checks for quality control of interviews. The CRC is responsible for uploading interview audio recordings, tracking materials, and taking part in unit protocols to ensure participant safety. Interested participants may also be trained to deliver an exercise intervention for disability prevention.  

Requirements
Native Spanish speaker
Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Personable and interested in engaging with research participants as well as working as a member of a team with individuals across a wide range of disciplines and experience.
Ability to work well with technology and willingness to work with new technology.
Access to a car is helpful for participant home visits.

Bachelor’s degree required.
