IT Data Analyst Supervisor
Position Purpose: This position is responsible for assisting IT management with maintaining the business intelligence network and tools to support business intelligence, data analytics and reporting. The Data Analytics Supervisor will provide direction for a team of data analytics report writers and their work ensuring its accuracy.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
- 3+ years administering, developing, and managing SO
- 3+ years' experience with a Programming Language (C#, Python, or JAVA).
- 3+years ' experience with a data analytics and data visualization tools, industry experience is a plus
- 3+ years' experience with SOL Server database administration, Experience with SOL Server Analysis Server (SSAS), SOL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SOL Reporting Services (SSAS).
- Data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Power Bl, Tableau, OlikView, and D3.
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies for effective data analysis, visualization and reporting
- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
- Lead and develop a team of data analytics report writers
- Extract reports from multiple sources
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business
- Design and build technical processes to address business issues as needed for the company.
- Train, develop and manage IT Data Analytics Report Writer team
- Organize and drive successful completion of data business intelligence by managing the team and collaborating with key stakeholders.
