Position Title: Data Analyst

Reports to: VP, Digital Strategy & Marketing Intelligence

Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Digital Strategy & Marketing Intelligence team. The Analyst provides reporting and conducts ongoing analysis to provide insights to enable continuous measurement and optimization for our different marketing activities. This individual would be responsible for both online and off line data collection, management and reporting. This would include web analytics, social media analytics, campaign performance, paid advertising management, reporting, and a/b testing. Qualified candidates will have prior experience deriving insights from data and making recommendations to increase conversion, engagement, and report on the sales pipeline and manage the customer funnel.

Responsibilities include:
  • Create the dashboards and key reports on a scheduled and as needed basis.
  • Discover and effectively communicate actionable insights to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Analyze multichannel acquisition paths and derive actionable insights to optimize media mix and conversion funnels
  • Improve ROI of marketing initiatives by building robust performance measurement and quantifying the indirect influence of media channel.
  • Create systems and tools to empower the team to find answers themselves.
  • Extract data from internal systems, identify the correct metrics needed, create reports and analyze them to understand key trends.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to standardized metrics definition and providing reports and analysis.
  • Manage digital advertising (Google AdWords, etc).
  • Source and query data required for both ongoing business intelligence efforts and larger-scale data science projects.
  • Use visualization tools to present complex data in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Manage and assist in optimization strategy for all online marketing channels.
  • Support campaign level data needs in terms of target selection and performance measurement.
  • Provide web traffic analyses and custom/standardized reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Reporting and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
