Architectural Designer
LPA / LyonsPlain Architecture is seeking an Architectural Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate an academic or professional track record of working in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
· BArch or M.Arch degree with prior relevant employment experience;
· Strong design and construction documentation skills;
· Capable of participating in all phases of a project;
· Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills;
· Organized, enthusiastic, and collaborative;
· Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office a must; Knowledge of Lumion preferred
· Interest in historic preservation a plus.
