Cheese Loving Graphic Designer/Media Specialist

The World’s Best Cheeses is looking for a talented and creative individual to design mouthwatering marketing materials for our Specialty Food Distribution Company.

Every month over 1,700 specialty food retailers across the country eagerly wait to receive our monthly flyer. This publication, which you will design from start to finish, has over 50 pages of new and exciting cheeses, crackers, cookies, and chocolates, and offers a number of hot deals and discounts. 

In addition to creating our monthly flyer you will:

-Design our full catalog with over 4000 products

-Assist in the redesign of our web site

-Oversee our weekly and monthly email campaigns

-Photograph products for promotional use

-Help tell the stories of our products

-Work with vendors to create product sell sheets

-Create in store point of sale material for customers

-Create images for social media

-Work alongside our Events Coordinator to plan trade shows and special events

Requirements:

-High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

-The ability to work independently and within frequent and specific deadlines

-The Ability to work 40 hours a week

-A positive attitude and the ability to work on multiple projects at once

-Product photography experience

-Proficiency in all social media platforms

-The majority of your time will be spent working on site at our office in Armonk, NY. Public transportation is not reliable, so access to a dependable vehicle is essential.

Added Pluses:

-Proficiency in video editing

-Experience with Wordpress or other web site development programs

This is a full time position with generous salary and benefits

-A typical workweek is Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8-4pm.
