Description -- Team & Role: 
We are seeking an Executive Programs Coordinator within Zuora’s Subscribed Strategy Group to support Zuora’s ambitions: to be the company to whom the world’s best companies turn to for driving the technology and business transformations necessary to win in the Subscription Economy. 

The Executive Programs Coordinator will be a key member of the global Executive Programs team at Zuora. This person will work directly with the Subscribed Institute, Zuora’s think tank that brings together industry leaders to solve the most critical business challenges of the Subscription Economy, and with the Executive Engagement Program to foster valuable relationships that drive successful business outcomes for key executives within Zuora's ecosystem.  

What you’ll do and achieve: 
  • Responsible for the tracking and reporting activities and impact for the Subscribed Institute and Executive Engagement Programs. 
  • Support the publication and operations for Subscribed Institute research and events, designed to help customers and prospects become successful in the Subscription Economy.
  • Build, promote, and manage the content and supporting assets for internal and external executives.
  • Create executive communications for both the Institute and Executive Engagement programs, ensuring alignment with sales to create a unified experience for our target executives.  
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing to help to deliver an extraordinary executive experience for our customers, prospects, and partners.

What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant experience across marketing, sales, enablement, and/or program management
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interface with internal executives and represent Zuora
  • Strong project management capabilities – having the ability to juggle multiple, concurrent, demanding initiatives and projects
