The Credit Analyst Program offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across this exciting, innovative landscape to learn what it takes to extend capital to a growing business, or provide needed financing to a company undergoing financial challenges. Job Responsibilities:
- Spread and analyze clients’ historical financial performance
- Create detailed models to project clients’ future cash flows and credit ratios
- Gather and analyze trends in qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyze deal structures
- Prepare and present credit recommendations
- Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive credit reviews that analyze transactions and client risks
- Prepare deal documentation and client presentations
- Monitoring market conditions to determine how various changes may impact client investments and taxes
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly
- Suggesting viable solutions to improve clients' financial statuses
What to expect
This 2 year program kicks off with an orientation and training session, led by our top professionals and expert instructors. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. You will have a chance to take a deep dive into an area of business within Credit. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout your career.

- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- All majors eligible to apply
- Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
