Essential Functions:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Home Division. Provides senior-level leadership of programs, operations, budgets and administration of the programs within the Home Division. Works in conjunction with senior-level leaders within FSRI to grow and sustain FSRI’s mission. Works as a liaison with external partners.
  • Current programming within the Home Division includes (further programming may be added or changed as part of FSRI’s strategic initiatives): Residential, Foster Care, Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP), Basic Center, and Enhanced Case Management (ECM).
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience (7-10) years in Mental Health or Human Services related field required.
  • Prior management experience and excellent communication skills, including presentation skills also required. 
  • Significant demonstrated experience with Child Welfare, particularly in Rhode Island.
  • Demonstrated capacity for independent thinking and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity and justice.
