Clinician- $5k HIRING BONUS, Worcester, MA

HIRING BONUS: $2,500 after 3 months of successful employment and $2,500 after 6 months of successful employment!

Qualifications:
  • Clinical Master's Degree REQUIRED (social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study) License eligible is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use
 Salary & Benefits:
 

Clinician with MSW or LCSW = $53,160 - $55,160
Clinician with LICSW or LMHC = $56,160 - $61,160 
(Upon yearly performance evaluation, receive up to a 4% annual raise until the position maximum salary is reached.)

Responsibilities:  
  • Key’s clinical positions are open to flexible, creative, and energetic persons to provide treatment to children and families;
  • Performs diagnostic evaluations of clients by conducting intake interviews, strength-based assessments, investigating case histories through contact with appropriate collateral resources, and evaluating clients to determine treatment strategies;
  • Provides intervention services by interviewing clients and/or families and evaluating and making appropriate referrals;
  • Provides clinical services to families; assisting families in coordinating and utilizing appropriate treatment services and behavior management practices;
  • Works collaboratively with referral source and Key staff to identify and implement treatment goals;
  • May be expected to facilitate clinical groups such as DBT, anger management, substance abuse, etc.;
  • Conducts and/or oversees all necessary program clinical services including the development and facilitation of client groups, parent groups, family counseling, and individual counseling.
  • May provide clinical supervision to supervisory staff, maintains and updates supervision notes, and contributes to performance evaluations;
  • Attends and participates in clinical supervision meetings;
  • Prepares and maintains clinical case records and other required documentation according to guidelines.
 
The Key Program, Inc. is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist at-risk children/adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives. Key works in conjunction with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF), MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), RI Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) and is an agency provider of both community-based outreach services and residential treatment programming.
