Junior Software Engineer

QSimulate is building a world-class team to accelerate scientific discovery. Our platform provides paradigm-shifting quantum-mechanics-based tools for scientists worldwide. These tools are being used in such areas as Drug Discovery, Materials Science, and AI.
We are looking for a junior software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to QSimulate’s infrastructure that serves clients, staff scientists, and software developers to make it more robust, efficient, and user-friendly.
YOU
- Demonstrated proficiency in python required.
- Experience in C++ or Javascript considered a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Expertise with Linux and shell scripting,
- Familiarity with SQL databases.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or other major cloud service provider.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or higher degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in software development.
