Assistant Box Office Manager

Do you love music, theatre, the arts, and live events? Spectacle Live is seeking a full-time Assistant Box Office Manager to head up our customer service department and call center located in Lowell, MA. The Assistant Box Office Manager will be responsible for training and scheduling all box office employees on site at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium and Colonial Theatre box offices and call center as well as our other on site box offices at venues located in MA, NH and RI on day of show.

They will be responsible for training box office staff on the Etix ticketing platform, multi-line phone system and ensuring that all box office employees are knowledgeable on all venue layouts, event information and venue policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading a customer service driven sales team, be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays as well as travel to other venues to work events as needed.

Spectacle Live offers a full array of live event and venue management services including booking, presenting, marketing, box office, consulting, and production services to premier venues located in the Northeast with a focus on Performing Arts Centers.
