Asset Management Sales Analyst

An exciting opportunity to join Redwheel, an asset management firm with over $20 BN in AUM with offices in Miami, London, and Singapore.

Form part of a team that complements the activity of the Sales Team by providing everyday support as well as acting as a secondary contact for investors.
This role presents an opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic Sales and Marketing team and is for candidates who wish to pursue a career in sales and client services. It also offers the challenge of developing your investment knowledge within a fast-moving Business Development function, responsible for growing and servicing a diversified global client base.
This person in this role will work in partnership with their dedicated Salespeople towards a joint sales strategy and target for their channels and regions, where they will be responsible for the support and servicing part of this distribution strategy and will work collaboratively with all business divisions.
The candidate must demonstrate organisational ability, attention to detail, energy, resilience and self-motivation to ensure activities are supported and the culture and standards of Redwheel are clearly communicated to clients and prospects.

Key duties include but are not limited to:
  • To provide support to Sales, including:
  • assisting Sales with the implementation of the sales strategy, including building and maintaining cheat sheets, client lists and prospect lists
  • preparing for Sales meetings including client backgrounds and materials
  • responding to a wide variety of client queries in a timely fashion
  • tailoring and updating marketing presentations, DDQs and literature from the central marketing source to meet specific client requirements
  • Ensuring all content meets compliance requirements
  • working with our third-party service providers to assist with client queries and subsequently deliver a high standard of ongoing client service
  • Use Salesforce proactively to send targeted marketing mailings and ensure the database is well maintained
  • To act as an important and reliable contact for existing clients
  • To be proactive in sourcing relevant fund information from Marketing or other teams and communicating it to clients as agreed or requested
  • To work with the fund administrator to improve client service
  • To improve the quality of information and service offered by providing feedback from clients to other teams.
