Field Representative

This position is for the 2022-2023 school year from Aug 3rd, 2022 to May 5th 2023. All required training is paid and will begin the week of July 23rd, 2022. 
 
The Leadership Institute is seeking Field Representatives for the 2022-2023 school year.
 
If selected for the LI Field Rep program, you will travel to college campuses within your assigned region through the end of the school year. At each college, you will organize, train, and inspire students to promote and defend conservative ideas and values on their campus.
 
LI Field Reps help students start conservative student organizations or publications on campus and provide them with the skills they need to help their groups succeed. 
 
Field Reps will receive a company card for approved travel and business expenses and paid mileage 
 
Compensation and Benefits:
 
Field Reps will earn the following
 
  • $36,000 base salary and overtime
  • $4,000 as a contract completion bonus to be paid in May
  • Semesterly performance bonuses of $3,000
 
  • Mandatory five weeks paid vacation from December 5th to January 9th
  • Paid training 
  • Travel costs covered
  • Tech stipend 
 
  • Remote field based job

After completing the LI Field Rep program, former Field Reps have gone on to work for conservative think tanks, consulting firms, Congressional offices, and national and state political parties. Some have even started their own conservative non-profits or have run for political office.

This position involves re-location and a great deal of travel. Candidates for this position must be willing to relocate anywhere in the continental United States for the 2022 fall semester.
