What we are looking for:

Join team Wyatt in developing world-class light scattering instrumentation and field flow fractionation systems for our customers’ research and development of novel therapeutics including vaccines, gene vectors, nano-drug carriers, monoclonal antibodies, and other advanced pharmaceuticals.

The Quality Control Lab Technician will perform QC tests on state-of-the-art instruments from both Manufacturing and Service. Duties include recording results in instrument travelers; analyzing instrument problems and initiating corrective action when necessary; recommending changes to QC documents and procedures; maintaining and servicing QC equipment; preparing chemical standard samples for testing; maintaining an organized and safe QC lab; contribute to lab safety improvements; assist in Light Scattering University (LSU) preparation; and, other duties as deemed appropriate by department supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have a BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A working familiarity with basic lab techniques and hand tools is required. General computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and excellent organization and communication skills with an attention to detail are a must.
