Service now Developer/ Admin
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITOM configuration management database (CMDB) services in an enterprise production environment.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified, including knowledge ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture, which includes understanding relational databases. Understanding of database query language (specifically SQL),
- Knowledge of Azure and Amazon Wed Services (AWS), including leveraging EC2, EBS, RDS and Cloud formation services in an enterprise production environment.
- Knowledge of Service Mapping and Event Management
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, LDAP, Group policy objects and permission levels.
- Knowledge of UNIX or Linux Server administration, including user permission levels.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Angular JS)
- Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in great detail, clearly, to other technical and non-technical people.
Eligibility:
Master's / Bachelor Degree with valid OPT/CPT or any valid work status. Good communication
skills.
