Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

We have an opening for a motivated Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition in our Talent Management department in our New York or Washington D.C. office. Under the direct supervision of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Junior Coordinator will work with the Managing Partners and the Talent Acquisition Lateral Team to support the firm’s lateral partner recruiting initiatives.
In this capacity, the Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will:
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking the lateral partner recruiting process;
  • Schedule follow-up, onboarding, and transition meetings with lateral candidates and various stakeholders at the Firm;
  • Coordinate orientation schedules with local Talent team and various internal departments;
  • Prioritize candidate experience above all else and be able to handle multi-tasking candidates at different stages of the candidate pipeline;
  • Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including assisting with time-sensitive requests in the evenings and/or on weekends; and
  • Handle additional related projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Strong administrative skills and at least one year experience working in a professional services organization;
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communications;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, exercise discretion and good judgement;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications; and
  • Fundamental proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications;
