Senior Intern - Corporate/Commercial Credit Products

SUMMARY: The senior internship provides hands-on experience on assignments from the Corporate/Commercial Credit Products Department at BankUnited. In this role, interns will be placed in a credit analysis role where the intern will review financial statements and tax returns for commercial purpose loans. The intern will spread financials in Moody's Credit Lens, perform Dual Risk Ratings, calculate business and global cash flow, test loan covenants, and start the CAM (Credit Approval Memorandum).
 
Also, interns will be provided training, career development opportunities, and mentoring throughout the duration of the internship. Applicants are preferred to be in their senior year of their bachelor's degree and exhibit solid communication, leadership, and technical skills.
 
Internship Details: * Internship runs mid August - October 2022 (dates TBD) * 10 weeks, 20 hours/week (days TBD)
* Pay rate: $20/hour
*Hybrid work format
* Participants will be assigned an employee resource for the duration of the program
* Successful internships may result in full-time employment with BankUnited upon graduation/completion of bachelor's degree.
* International students eligible. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
