Wholesale Account Executive

About the Role:
As the Wholesale Account Executive, you'll work with Katie McCarthy, National Sales Director, to maximize the output of Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Dillards, and specialty stores.  You'll partner with Taylor Cleveland (Sales and Service Manager), Martha Kolodziej (Wholesale Account Executive), Hal Jensen (Southeast Sales Rep), Howard Goldman (Midwest Sales Rep), Kirk Keel (Co-CEO/Co-Founder), and John Minahan (Chief Merchandising Officer) to develop and execute a strategy to grow our wholesale business and service our customers.
 
About Your Responsibilities
Drive the Business:
·      Responsible for achieving total, comp and net sales targets.
·      Knowledge of products and STANTT standards.
·      Gain market knowledge and expertise.
·      Create market week presentations.
·      Own product presentation for given accounts at market.
·      Provide recommendations and drive seasonal markets: provide feedback on sales plans, products, and new programs.
·      Participate in national market shows (appointment making, booth set up, asset ordering, take appointments with relevant accounts, etc.).
·      Lead and manage regional market shows (appointment making, booth set up, asset ordering, take appointments with relevant accounts, etc.).
·      Identify and secure additional distribution in relevant territories.
·      Manage inventory programs from sell in to maximizing retention.
·      Manage new store set up from sell in, to systems set up (Forma, Exenta, STANTT Operational Guide, etc.), initial training session, continued product knowledge sessions, and trunk shows.
·      Manage trunk show and discount calendar.
·      Manage 20+ trunk shows, promotions, and events per season.
·      Conduct product knowledge sessions (measuring/fitting, alterations, fabrics, customizations, order entry, etc.) both in person and digitally with all doors.
·      Order management and entry (MTO, Inventory, etc.).
·      Support and identify seasonal sales initiatives to drive business. Own measuring the results and effectiveness.
·      Analyze and create action plans based on each door.
·      Engage in monthly sales and travel plan submissions.
·      Maintaining and developing customer relations.

Customer Service/Operations:
·      Share responsibility with other account executives to answer in bound customer service calls from both personal phone and 1800 number.
·      Share responsibility with other account executives to answer in bound customer service emails from both personal email and wholesale@stantt.com email.
·      Respond to all customer service queries (email, phone, text, etc.) in under 24 hours.
·      Communicate order issues, resolve with relevant parties and update throughout process.
·      Use STANTT CSTV5 to record all production issues.
·      Cover DTC Customer Service when understaffed.

Planning and Analysis:
·      Track performance by door. Identify issue accounts and develop strategies to engage said accounts and see measurable results from actions taken.
·      Review sales reports and make suggestions to improve business.
·      Master systems to support business most efficiently, make recommendations for improvements in processes.
·      Create travel calendar.
·      Manage and stay within monthly travel budget.
·      Analyze weekly, monthly, yearly sales reporting across all product lines and categories.
·      Help develop strategy to hit sales targets across all product lines and categories.
·      Present store updates in monthly sales meetings with full sales team.
 
About Your Qualifications
·      You will need high school diploma.
·      Ideally, you have at least 1 year of hands-on sales experience.
·      You have a passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
·      You are a collaborative person and thrive in a team culture and are willing to “roll-up” your sleeves and help where needed.
·      You're capable of developing a big picture strategy but then working out the minutiae and details to get the plan over the finish line.
·      You're able to juggle the needs of multiple audience segments and develop strategic sales plans for each of them.
·      You're excellent at communicating and collaborating with a wide range of teams and stakeholders; great written and verbal skills.
·      Detail and results oriented, comfortable in a start-up environment.
·      You have a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and the ability to learn our custom internal systems (NuOrder, Forma, Exenta, etc.).
·      You are willing and able to travel up to 70% of the month (including weekends) – including air, train, car, Uber/Taxi, etc.
·      You are willing and able to bend and lift heavy objects that can be in excess of 50lbs – including suitcases, racks, shirts, trousers, light furniture, etc. during trade shows, store set ups, etc.
·      You have strong communication skills, internally, externally, and cross functionally.
·      You have strong Analytical skills.
