Analytics Analyst Manager

What does a great Reporting Analytics Supervisor do?


This position will manage a team of 7 Reporting Analyst. The Reporting Analytical Supervisor (RAS) will be responsible to deliver internal and external reporting needs and to develop enhancements to the existing reporting tools. This position requires to be an expert in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and intermediate SQL and Visio, skills.  Responsibilities also include building a variety of daily collection reports such as critical operational KPI’s, budget forecaster reports, inventory management.   The RAS will ensure that daily reporting is produced on time.  The Supervisor will be responsible to develop new initiatives to improve reporting capabilities. This position requires intermediate to expert Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and MS Access skills. The RAS is responsible to identify gaps, opportunities and trends for associates and the portfolio. Responsibilities also include building a variety of daily collection reports such as critical operational KPI’s, budget forecaster reports, inventory management. Position will also cross train to support internal administrative/ops functions for Noble (dialing application) and CUBS (Collection System).  This position will report to the Director of Commercial Collections.


Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis

Bachelor degree preferred in Economics, Computer Science or another related discipline

Strong knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

Experience in SQL

 

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
