Developmental Services Resource Management Specialist

The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) - North Region, currently has one (1) full-time, job opportunity available for a Developmental Services Resource Management Specialist (PCN 019379). This position is based out of our Willimantic (Windham) Office in the Private Services Division. This role is increasing to 37.5 hours per week on 7/1/22 and will have a schedule of Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm with regular days off of Saturday and Sunday.
In this role, we would entrust you to supervise private agencies to ensure they are helping fulfill our goals and provide the utmost care to individuals. Additionally, we would have you:
- Review the fiscal and operational practices of contracted private agencies
- Ensure individuals are receiving the proper resources
- Conduct on-site visits to assure private agencies are in compliance with Department standards
- Perform other duties as needed
