Lifecycle Data Reporting and Administration, Assistant Vice President, Remote

Who we are looking for
The Lifecycle Management Team requires a resource who will be responsible for executing and developing customer ready reports using Tableau or PowerBI (PowerBuilder) with information sourced from the CMDB and other core files. Primary responsibility lies with interacting with the customer to identify requirements, developing prototypes and final solutions.
This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within the New England area.
What you will be responsible for
The Platform Engineering (LCM) Data Manager and Administrator will drive next-level reporting of IT Assets in support of lifecycle efforts across the organization. Duties include

  • Data collection & analysis, dashboard & report creation and internal collaboration based on various reporting cadences.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of multiple reports across the Technology Platform Engineering Organization.
  • Build and enhance our Executive currency & risk reporting (monthly and quarterly)
  • Coordinate data gathering efforts and streamline both the collection and distribution processes
  • Resource also assists fellow team members with critical research and analysis for application lifecycle remediation. 
  • Must have superior knowledge of the CMDB, application lifecycle remediation and advanced knowledge of the Lifecycle Tool which is run using REXX and Excel Macros.

  • Some familiarity with data privacy laws and controls.
  • Self-starter/self-motivated, able to work on multiple simultaneous projects.
