Wraparound Supervisor

The Wraparound Supervisor manages and oversees a full wraparound team. At San Francisco Connections this team includes Wraparound clinicians/therapists, Care Coordinators, Peer and/or Family Partners, and possibly a neutral facilitator. If the Supervisor is licensed with the BBS for two years they would provide clinical supervision for the Master’s level staff members. If not, they partner with a clinical supervisor to provide this resource. The Supervisor trains, coaches, and support their team in providing high-fidelity Wraparound and mental health services to the clients, their families, community members, and County Partners. This includes connection and natural support building/strengthening work as one of the core values of Wraparound.

Responsibilities

  • The Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for learning, knowing and being able to train/coach Seneca’s Wraparound model and hold their supervisees accountable to the high fidelity of the model. 
  • Support their supervisees in creating and maintaining their schedule to provide services to their clients. 
  • The Supervisor takes responsibility for their own anti-racism/Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work and is an example to their team of this work. 
  • The Supervisor is responsible for supporting their team with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion matters that affect their supervisees’ own professional development and those of the clients/families in Wraparound. 
  • Ensure that all supervisees are submitting accurate and timely paperwork related to the services being provided to children and families and relevant to their role. 
  • Provide initial and ongoing training, coaching, and support to all supervisees regarding all areas of their job and responsibilities. 
  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision with the Wraparound Program Director and other supervisors to develop the program, receive supervisor training,  
  • Conduct weekly individual supervision of their team. 
  • Facilitate and/or co-facilitate weekly group meetings such as clinical group and team meeting etc. 
  • Hold Wraparound cases or other SF Connections’ programs’ cases as necessary with all this might include. 
  • Work with the Management Team to coordinate ongoing staff trainings. 
  • Participate in a rotating on-call/back-up on-call system for Seneca programs. 
  • Participate on the Connections Management Team (Intentional Community Practice or ICP) and support other programs as needed. 
  • Participate in interviewing potential staff members for Wraparound and other SF Connections’ programs. 

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in social service field (BBS license eligible) or MHRS credential preferred
  • Three or more years of field experience is also acceptable
  • Ability to work as part of and supervise a multidisciplinary team 
  • Experience implementing family-focused Wraparound services (desired) 
  • Experience with handling crisis, intense situations, continuous change, or unexpected developments a plus 
  • Capacity to engage and develop rapport with children, youth, families, and community partners from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds 
  • Own vehicle, driver’s license, and insurability through Seneca’s automobile policy 
  • Good organizational and writing skills 
  • Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency pager system 
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and all other state/federal licensing or certification requirements 
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster 

Schedule

  • Full-time.
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits

  • Starting at $72,840 to $86,840 per year. The actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.

  • Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
