CASE Graduate Trainee at Oregon State University Foundation (1 Year Full Time Salary Position)

Oregon State University Alumni Association Engagement CASE Graduate Trainee 
 In partnership with the Senior Associate Director of Experience, the graduate trainee will help expand the Oregon State University Alumni Association’s Program for Diversity and Inclusion by fostering new and existing relationships with student cultural centers and their student participants and professional staff. alumni. The graduate trainee will continue to help create space and expand and grow an existing cohort of affinity groups that host events, networking, and volunteer activities to strengthen alumni-student networks in traditionally underrepresented communities and promote a welcoming, inclusive environment for all OSU alumni and friends. The Graduate Trainee will support, and lead programming centered around engagement in the digital space with new tools (e.g., OSU Connections to TikTok) to reach both young recent and BIPOC graduates. This would also include a strong emphasis on building networks for strong career paths via our OSU Connections efforts with mentorship and career cohorts for these two audiences.
Over a year, our Graduate Trainees will focus on three key areas of learning:
  1. Fundraising at the OSU Foundation
  2. The Foundation itself, our mission and
  3. How each unit fits into our overall mission 

This is a full time salary position with benefits for one year. In addition to working full time, CASE Graduate Trainees receive a year of professional development through CASE.
