Distribution Center/Logistics Quality Analyst

Location: DeKalb, IL

Hybrid, onsite 2-3 times a week, Core hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Pay Rate: $21.42-$25

Duration: 12 months Contract position

Experis is seeking a Logistics Quality Analyst within the Distribution function. The successful candidate will make an impact by reporting on Delivery Quality opportunities within the DeKalb, IL facility, interact with peers in the Quality, Distribution, & Transportation teams and support customer first projects to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:

• Coordinate with Distribution functions and Quality systems to report on Quality performance such as mis-picks or incorrect documentation

• Support the Quality team in the investigate of customer complaints using basic analysis and investigative techniques.

• Research, resolve, and provide feedback on shipping discrepancies to focus on customer satisfaction and order accuracy.

• Performs Quality defect trend analysis & root cause analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: One (1) combined year of experience in quality, supply chain and/or logistics, in a private, public, government or military environment

• Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

• Software experience using one or more of the following: SAP, JDA, Salesforce

• Process improvement or root cause experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
