Branson, Missouri is seeking a City Administrator. Branson is located in the heart of the Ozarks, just 30 minutes south of Springfield, Missouri, and has long been a popular destination for vacationers from Missouri and around the country. The City Administrator is the City’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the efficient and economical operation of city government. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience, education, and overall fit for the position.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field. Master’s Degree in Public Administration is preferred. Having a background in finance with large capital project experience is desired. They should have experience in a Senior Leadership Position of five or more years in a municipality of similar scope or larger. The hired candidate must reside within the city limits of Branson soon after taking office.
