Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a talent acquisition specialist you would use your strong communication skills to invite people to join the work of translating the Bible.

Today over 1800 people groups, 170 million people, still don’t have the Bible translated into their languages! Wycliffe USA believes the Word of God can transform lives when people hear it in their own language or form, and we urgently need you to join the team!

Job Location: can be performed remotely from the Eastern United States; Orlando, FL, preferred

No matter where you work, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws.

Minimum starting pay for this position is $18.50/hr. but may be higher based on education, experience and skills. 

Every day has an impact! One day you might join a team training, give a presentation at a school and assist in organizing a recruiting event at a college campus. Later you could collaborate with other departments to assess staffing needs. Another day you would develop networking strategies, reach out to potential candidates via online job boards or follow up with contacts virtually.

This job might be for you if…
  • You have an associate’s degree plus three years of experience in marketing, sales or promotion; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
  • You enjoy connecting with people.
  • You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator with audiences and one-on-one.
  • You enjoy providing high-quality customer service.
  • You work well independently and as part of a team.
  • You’re willing to do some travel to share opportunities with people.
  • You’re comfortable using technology and social media. 

It’s a bonus if…
  • You have previous customer service or nonprofit experience.
