What Is Your Job? This is HUGE opportunity to help a women’s tech start up build their growth strategy and community. The Community Development Intern will build GrasshoppHer’s community position by co-producing events, connecting with members and building our Slack community strategy.
Is This Paid? This is an unpaid internship, but the benefits are unparalleled. You will gain hands on experience at a women’s tech start up and be exposed to top women mentors. If you are ready to disrupt the trend of attrition, which leaves only 21% of women in the leadership pipeline, this is the internship for you.
Students should consult with academic faculty to determine if this unpaid experience will earn credit.
Who Are You Reporting To? Founder & CEO for 6 hrs per week (timing flexible)

a) Current student or alumni
b) Marketing and business development mindset
c) High-level communication skills
d) Stakeholder management skills
f) The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
g) Experience working to and exceeding targets
