Sales Engineering Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Engineering Coordinator! The Sales Engineering Coordinator must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and often multi-tasking. This individual is responsible for handling calendars for Sales Engineering and managing division logistics.

This position also plays a strong role in supporting many divisions and key personnel, additionally with frequent customer interaction. Success in this position will result in an efficient team, higher customer satisfaction, and increased sales. For these reasons, professionalism and good manners are critical. Must be trustworthy as sensitive information is handled.

About the Role

The Sales Engineer Coordinator’s job skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating between Sales and Sales Engineering to manage division calendars
  • Briefing the Sales Engineers on upcoming meetings and events
  • Managing on-site and conference logistics, travel, and agenda
  • Acting as the point of contact for customers as needed to get them connected with their engineer
  • Working with Application Engineering Coordinator in scheduling, project management, and coordinating with the Application Engineers when appropriate
  • Independently exploring possible improvements to methods and procedures and create action plans to help make Sales Engineering more efficient

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administrations or related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Kanban)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Curious, creative, and resourceful
