Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) was incorporated as a private, nonprofit organization in Dodgeville, Wis. in 1966.
Member Duties : Member activities will include: gathering information from program directors and other community action agencies regarding fundraising activities and donor strategies, create a fundraising strategic plan and donor management strategic plan, accomplish activities included in the plans, build a content listing/database of responses for grant funding applications, evaluate effectiveness of plans and tactics, make adjustments as needed.
