Technical Writer

We are currently seeking a technical writer to help create content and documents for our clients and company. In this position, you will research, outline, create easy-to-understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance, and usability. In addition, you will work with other team members to help develop and edit content for clients.

What We Are Seeking:
  • Create content that fulfills company and client standards and meets audience goals
  • Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary
  • Create and maintain the information architecture
  • Willingness to learn, research and write contracts, grants, and proposals
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite(Docs & Sheets)
  • Able to familiarize yourself with FAR(Federal Acquisition Regulations)
  • Become familiar with SAM(System Awards Management)
  • Ability to learn and search for SAP contract listings(Simple Acquisition Procurement)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn the SDLC and general software development
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Adequate research skills
