A/V Support Engineer

IT Support Specialist II/Audio Visual Support Technician
- ONSITE at client location in Boston, MA
 
Job Description:
Customer requests a team of Atos Technicians to support Audio Visual functions in the MFS environment such as Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom and Crestron technology and Presentation support. -
 
Activities/Tasks to be handled by the role:
 
• Perform hands-on support of A/V technologies
• Work closely with Atos AMO Management Team on support process
• Escalate when appropriate to PMO and MFS Client Services Management on-site
• Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and Shared among A/V technicians
• Responsible for Remedy Incident queue monitoring activity and SLA performance
• Coordinate support efforts with local and International offices
• Pager duty rotation after several months on job.
• Setting up Multi-purpose room furniture on occasion
 
Skills Requirement Background/Experience of Candidates - required/preferred
 
• Customer Service Skills
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Organizational skills
• Time Management skills
• Specific knowledge of support practices on corporate A/V technology, such as.. Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom and Crestron technology and Presentation support
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow technical process / documentation required
• Experience creating documentation for end-users preferred
• Microsoft/Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, On24 a plus
