Manufacturing Technician

Bring your strong visual skills/attention to detail, and ability to work with your hands to Cranial Technologies and impact the lives of babies each day! We're looking for a driven individuals with a keen eye for detail who are flexible to join our growing team in the manufacturing of our DOC Band.
In this role you are playing an integral part in the fabrication process of our DOC Band to help reshape the lives of children.
You will be cross trained in various areas of our manufacturing process (operating HAAS mills, vacuum forming, finishing and assisting with shipping) If you enjoy working with your hands, are flexible, have any previous manufacturing experience, and have an interest in learning in a collaborative setting, and have a positive attitude, this dynamic role on our manufacturing team may be a great fit for you!

  • Work inside (in the A/C) our fabricating area that is one of the cleanest in Arizona.
  • We will train you to learn new skills such as running/operating HAAS mills, vacuum forming, finishing and shipping operations.
  • After training each day you will be able to assist in several areas of our fabrication process.
  • Ability to work a full time position
  • Any prior manufacturing experience is a plus “+,” but is not required. We will train you!
  • Attention to detail
  • Team work and desire to be flexible as during any day you may be assisting in a variety of areas in our manufacturing process.
  • Fork Lift certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Desire to learn a variety of positions and new skills in our manufacturing process to include (running HAAS mills, Vacuum Forming, Finishing and assisting in our shipping area).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Position starts at $15 an hour with increase to $17 an hour following training period and good performance
