NEW YORK (Financial District/Manhattan)

$52,018 GUARANTEED BASIC SALARY+ UNCAPPED COMMISSION + BONUSES + SALES INCENTIVES

Year 1 OTE $70,000 - $85,000 (but the sky is the limit!)

WHAT IS RECRUITMENT CONSULTING?

A SALES ROLE!

• This is a full-desk 360 recruitment consultant role with a heavy emphasis on business development (meaning you will speak with high-level business individuals to sell them our staffing services and persuade them to sign on as a client)!
• You'll be networking with hiring managers and candidates to interview and negotiate terms of business or candidate offers.
• Hustling on the phone, sending engaging messages, and being the perfect “matchmaker” for our clients and candidates is what it’s all about.
