Responsibilities

  • Maintain Executive Directors' schedules by planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Manage credit card reimbursements and mileage for Executive Directors of School Partnerships and other identified Directors
  • Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, reserving appropriate rooms/spaces, sending notices, communicating with attendees, and organizing catering
  • Document program meetings with school directors
  • Prepare correspondence and special project documents (letters, memos, protocols, conferences, etc.)
  • Coordinate Leadership projects
  • Maintain and update program documents and manuals
  • Assist in the general functions of the program, including but not limited to: oversight/approval of timecards of, management of the “School Partnership Information Hub” document, oversight and coordination of hiring process, support in the coordination of break training and logistics, facilitation of special events and gifts (Orientation, Holiday, March Mattering, BBQ), facilitation of 360 evaluation process, oversight of SANS (services as needed) billing process, oversight of EPSDT billing process, oversight of UE Blog and Newsletter

Qualifications

  • Experience/education requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of applicable work experience OR
  • Associate's degree or equivalent + 2 years of applicable work experience 
  • High school diploma/GED + 3 years of applicable work experience
  • Applicable work experience includes any paid or unpaid experience in an administrative capacity requiring customer service, data entry, ability to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines, and/or coordination with multiple departments
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while multi-tasking and prioritizing projects 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel 
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse co-workers, partners, and community members 
  • 21 years of age or older 
  • Valid California Driver's License 
  • Clearance of TB test, physical exam, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal requirements 
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster 

Schedule

  • Full-time 
  • Hybrid work model

Benefits

  • Staring at $25.00 per hour, with actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications, and an additional $2.00 per hour for bilingual language abilities
