The Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) Segment has served as the backbone of growth for the Walt Disney Company, outperforming both revenue and operating income growth projections through the introduction of new experiences and technological advancements, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and welcoming the Disney Wish to our cruise fleet.

Orlando is home to the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club. These businesses are supported by over 500 finance and accounting professionals, and we are recruiting top candidates to join our Finance Summer 2023 Internship Program.

As an intern, you will be part of a team that will help bring remarkable experiences, unparalleled services, and innovative products to life by providing financial and strategic guidance to our clients.

Core Responsibilities Include:
· Analyze business strategies, new business opportunities, and productivity initiatives
· Create and present an ad hoc project and analysis to finance leadership
· Influence and collaborate on the long-term plan, annual operating plan, and monthly forecasts
· Develop presentations for clients and financial leadership
· Manage day-to-day finance and operations relationships

Basic Qualifications / Expectations:
· A passion for the Disney product
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Demonstrated interpersonal skills and partnering ability
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Required Education:
· Current junior (rising senior) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent

Additional Information:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
· Program Dates: Interns must be fully available, in-person in Orlando for 40 hours/week from approximately May 2023 through early August 2023
· Housing: A limited amount of paid housing is available on a first come, first served basis
· Transportation: Interns must have reliable transportation to get to and from work for the duration of their internship program
