DT Services internship roles include a combination of project management and internal consulting roles. The DT Services graduate intern will be expected to apply strong consulting skills to broad set of business improvement opportunities, including demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy, deep interest in creating and analyzing products; operations improvement; cost reduction and business optimization. 
 
You will:

  • Manage complex projects, in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment, within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality 
  • Facilitate/lead meetings to drive analysis & recommendations 
  • Develop innovative output & actionable recommendations based on analysis that improves business performance and contributes to corporate goals and strategy. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of project work streams including milestone tracking and risk/issue management.  
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews with Services Executives 
  • Analyze and aggregate company-specific research, reviewing market trending, sales modeling, financial information, macroeconomic trends, and competitor analysis, etc. 
  • Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications

Essential Requirements

  • First-year graduate student relevant experience and a concentration on Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, or related field 
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Sciences, Engineering, Analytics or related disciplines or equivalent work experience 
  • Management Consulting Skills including problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and reporting skills 
  • Comfortable working with global teams spread across multiple global regions 
  • Previous experience and ability to frequently interact with VP’s, Executive Directors, Directors, Senior level managers, peers, project/program managers, operations, marketing, finance, and other internal & external customers
