Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and organizing marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”.
- Assist with development and execution of events
- Maintain Websites – LinkedIn, AMPF, Facebook, etc., including social media.
- Assist with the design, coordinate and run staff events.
- Support our team in preparing for client visits, follow-up from client visits and special projects as assigned.
- Support and assistance with financial planning process.
- Learn utilization of practice tools (i.e. Salesforce, Outlook, etc.).
- Attend client appreciation events and seminars upon request.
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned by our team.
Language Skills:
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
