The Global Marketplace planning team is responsible for driving operational alignment and a holistic planning process. We bond the business strategy to execution through a coordinated business planning approach, thus growing the realization of financial goals, in service of the consumer.

Who we are looking for 

We’re looking for a Global Marketplace Planning Analyst Intern to join our team. We need a colleague who thinks globally, stays curious and has a growth mindset. Experience using SAP-IBP, Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting is ideal. We are looking for an optimist, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment; one who uses data to story tell and influence. The ideal candidate should excel at excel, be fluent with PowerPoint and have experience with data analytics or statistical modeling.  

This role manages monthly seasonal tracking, critical metric Reporting, global forecast rollups, and the creation and maintenance of tableau dashboards. The Marketplace Planning Analyst is encouraged to participate in monthly meetings with regional Marketplace Planning, turning point forecasting sessions with Global Product Merchandising and collaborative dialogue with our Global Product Operations - ensuring alignment on key governance elements related to planning.  

What you will work on 

If this is you, you’ll be managing and completing data analysis and visualization through tableau on behalf of the Global Marketplace Planning Team. You will update and report on a monthly seasonal tracker which is a key input to the global S&OP process. You will aid the Marketplace Planning team in driving KPI’s as a way work working and decision making. You will support Marketplace Planning Managers during key seasonal achievement handoffs. You will work with teammates to evolve statistical modeling and forecast disaggregation to a style colorway level, as a key input to our global margin/costing team. Finally, you will contribute to hind sighting opportunities, driving continuous improvements to process and tools.  

Teammates 

You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Marketplace Planning and collaborate with partners across Geo Marketplace Planning, as well as our Global cross functional partners in Product Merchandising & Operations, Finance & Margin Planning and Sourcing & Supply Management.  

What you bring 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field  
  • Minimum of 2+ years Demand Planning and/or S&OP experience  
  • Ability to optimally handle projects and timelines  
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills  
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills  
  • Results driven, high energy self-starter  
  • Maintain strong organizational skills  
  • Ability to partner effectively with other functions  
  • Detail oriented and strong sense of urgency to get results  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
