Nike Product Supply Chain teams constantly challenge the assumptions about how products are made. They come up with big ideas, test principles and flawless production processes! They work closely with Nike’s hundreds of manufacturing partners across multiple countries to develop new methods of making to build better-performing products with less waste. They build the source base of the future to ensure consumer needs around the globe are met flexibly and at scale. The Product Supply Chain organization is looking for dynamic interns to join their Footwear, Apparel, and Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing teams. 

Footwear Supply Chain Analyst 

As one of our Footwear Supply Chain Analysts, you will use your data analytics, supply chain, project management, and communication skills to up our game in how we use data to advise decisions around our footwear sourcing and manufacturing strategies and operations. You will work across multiple stakeholders and functions to capture the data and insights you need, and your recommendations will have cross-functional impact for our Footwear business. Types of projects that you may work on include developing new supply chain strategies for Nike’s customized Footwear business (“Nike By You”) and innovating Nike’s approach to product quality performance management and product risk assessment.  

Materials Supply Chain Analyst 

Nike’s Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing team is responsible for driving Nike’s ability to accelerate and scale our delivery of groundbreaking material innovation to our consumers – better, faster, and more balanced As one of our Materials Supply Chain Analysts, you may apply your process leadership skills to elevate and align Nike’s business processes in how we engage with key vendors across multiple business functions. You may also use your supply chain expertise to develop commodity market research and cost negotiation strategies. 

Requirements 
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in with an anticipated graduation of December 2023 or Spring 2024 
  • Preferred degrees include: Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields 
  • Strong data analytics and strategic thinking skills 
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop innovative solutions, and deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities 
  • Prior experience with product, materials, or packaging manufacturing preferred
