Title: Project Management Intern
Location(s): Arden Hills, MN
Duration: 12 weeks (start and end date flexible)
Eligibility Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management or Business.

Your Opportunity:
As a Project Management Office (PMO) Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…
  • Support in the identification and coordination of project teams with good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or task.
  • Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments.
  • Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision log, metrics, and other key communications.
  • Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Ensure current BSC policies and practices are followed and accurate documentation requirements are followed.
  • Analyze projects (scope, resourcing, timeline delivery) to compare projects and identify best practices.
  • Collaborate with a variety of functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectives.
 
Your Impact
  • You will be part of cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions to enhance patients’ lives.
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
 
Your Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management or Business.
