Social Media Manager / Content Producer
Come join New England’s largest feature film visual effects and technology studio, ZERO. A 10+ year company, ZERO is responding to unprecedented growth in the industry by ramping up our social-media presence. Our clients range from ad agencies all the way to the most popular streaming companies (Netflix, Amazon, Apple Studios, etc) our projects have grossed over 5bn in worldwide box office receipts. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own our online presence, promoting not only our projects, but our team, our R&D projects and industry advances.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Learn all you can about our industry, trends, new technologies, key players, etc. This is a deep dive and inquisitiveness is paramount.
· Create and manage an active content calendar that helps maximize the impact of our effort across core social channels
· Drive the channel strategy and own the execution for our core social media channels:  Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube.
· Leveraging our current projects and gained industry knowledge, originate and create engaging content across above social media channels driving sales, and promoting quality community growth
· Lead community management to engage, grow, and support our customer community
· Implement and optimize the current social strategy, reporting out weekly
· Develop and track success and performance metrics for social and content strategy for continuous optimization
· Reflect successful content onto the ZERO website, ensuring channel symmetry
· Ensure brand cohesion in all of our communication - both visual and written in tone and voice - especially with community engagement
· Work with the Director of Talent to implement employee engagement strategies to maintain current staff and attract new talent
 
Our ideal candidate has successfully managed social media platforms in prior roles.
 
 
 
 
 
Qualifications & Skills
· Marketing degree preferred
· 1 to 2 years social media marketing experience
· Excellent knowledge of Linkedin, Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media platforms
· Excellent copywriting skills, creative mind
· A passion for social media, the media landscape and technology
· Ability to multitask / work on a number of projects at once
· Deadline oriented
· Analytical ability
· Self-motivated, inquisitive and unafraid to make suggestions
