Non-Profit Institutional Investing Fellowship

Our Mission
At Project Rousseau, our mission is to empower youth in communities with the greatest need to reach their full potential, meeting them where they are and supporting them through their pursuit of higher education and career development. Our students typically come from families with an average income of less than $12,000, and many are recent arrivals to the United States, live on a Native American Reservation, or are young mothers.

Our Opportunities
Project Rousseau is currently recruiting Fall 2022 Fellows who will lead specific projects to support our students’ development and organizational growth. Project Rousseau Fellowships are an exceptional opportunity to gain front-line experience serving underserved young people. Many previous Project Rousseau Fellows have found that their experience has been pivotal in defining their career aspirations in the fields of public service, education, and law. We ask that Fellows commit to 10-15 hours per week with Project Rousseau. However, we are flexible about how this is distributed around the Fellow’s other commitments. Our Fellowships are voluntary, however, we encourage and support students who are applying to funding sources to support their work, such as college-based stipends.
