Seasonal Analyst Internship- For Current Seniors Only
We are recruiting Seasonal Analyst interns to join our team during the 2022-23 academic year. This opportunity is only open to current seniors graduating Winter 2022, Spring 2023 or Summer 2023, who have a light academic course load and are seeking full time employment as an investment banking analyst after graduation.
Seasonal Analysts work alongside senior team members on live deal execution across industry verticals and transaction types (sellside M&A, buyside M&A, equity capital raises, debt capital raises) in addition to business development and research projects.
This position has the potential to result in a full-time offer for after graduation.
Requirements:
Minimum availability of 30+ hours per week during regular business hours is required.
This is an advanced internship opportunity for undergraduate seniors with prior experience in investment banking. Seasonal Analysts must be eager to learn, comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly and capable of producing quality work on short timelines.
We are a lean team with strong deal flow. This position involves in-depth work on all stages of the deal process, including:
-Three-statement modeling
-Target & investor identification
-Creation of teasers & CIPs
-Industry research
Typical internship duration is 90 days - extensions may be offered based on performance and capacity. Start and end dates flexible around academic schedule.
