TZP Growth Equity:
TZP Growth Equity was established in 2019 and this is an opportunity to join a fund that is growing under the TZP umbrella. It has a dedicated team within TZP Group (founded in 2007) and seeks to make minority investments of $10 - $35 million in technology, tech-enabled, and consumer businesses generating at least $7 million of revenue and growing north of 20%. TZP Growth Equity is investing out of a $210 million pool of capital.
Overview and Responsibilities:
As a Growth Equity Analyst Intern, you will be exposed to a broad set of experiences and given the opportunity to:
· Work closely with the growth equity investment team to expand the deal pipeline
· Develop investment themes and assist with the evaluation and mapping of potential investment opportunities
· Create company and industry research and complete sector-specific deep dives
· Speak with CEOs and CFOs of growing private companies
· Learn about fundraising dynamics of target companies and track growing trends in Consumer & Tech
The Growth Equity Analyst Intern role is a paid position for undergraduates seeking a career in finance and investing. The position will provide both training and development in regards to evaluating investment opportunities as well as exposure to the internal processes of a private equity firm. Successful interns may be awarded a return offer as a full-time Analyst post-graduation.

Qualifications:
· Anticipated graduation date in December 2023 or Spring 2024
· Demonstrated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.5 or higher preferable
· Desire to pursue a career in finance and investments
