The Role
The Inside Sales Representative will close deals with new businesses and manage existing accounts. This role focuses on developing key contacts within your book of business to generate revenue and exceed sales goals through analysis. You will work with Regional Sales Managers in assigned territory to prospect and develop sales opportunities, for hunting and closing business to meet sales targets.

  • Sales fundamentals and methodology
What you’ll do:
  • Work with our Managed Services, Testing and Assurance teams to intimately understand NuHarbor service and advisory offerings.
  • Develop a working knowledge of NuHarbor’s Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, and contract processes to gain competency in completing these tasks with minimal support.
  • Establish a plan to guide long-term approach to pipeline generation to support quota attainment
  • Consistently deliver, support, and service revenue targets – dedication to the number and to deadlines.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate upsell opportunities with the field sales team
  • Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources. Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
Your foundation. The requirements for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • We are always open to proven success and experience in lieu of a degree
  • A demonstrated drive for success and desire to learn and grow
  • Strong listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative approach
  • Demonstrated, successful teaming and collaboration skills
  • Proven success using a CRM to manage opportunities and funnel with accountability for forecasting and close rates.
  • Proven experience collaborating within a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand cyber security.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (extensive knowledge of Excel required)
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:
  • A year or more of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development or Direct sales
  • Experience prioritizing deliverables and tasks with a proven track record of taking ownership, leading processes, and influencing results.
  • Proven experience orchestrating and aligning decision makers around a common objective
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of computers and software applications
  • Experience in a cybersecurity, digital, software, or IT industry
